"I was nineteen years old when I walked into my first yoga class in Marin County, CA.
I immediately fell in love with yoga because of the balance it brought to my body.
I felt stronger, more grounded and at peace with myself. The benefits I excperienced are available to
anyone willing to practice mindfully and consistently."
"Since then I've been studying different styles of yoga, mainly Ashtanga, and Pilates. Aside from yoga and Pilates I enjoy dancing, swimming, painting, cooking and hiking."
Sydney is a certified yoga and Pilates instructor, offering public and private classes.
She is currently teaching at a several San Francisco health clubs.
She has a background in Ashtanga,
Power Yoga, New York style Pilates and dance. Sydney has a BA degree in Art from Berkeley University of California.
